This semester saw the launch of the new course “Renewable Energy Systems Planning,” which was initiated by Prof. Dr. T. J. Tynjälä of LUT University. The course combines online and in-person instruction and focuses on the transformation of regions toward a carbon-free future, taking economic and financial aspects into account.
The intensive course concluded last Friday, so students now have time to complete their assignments as part of group projects.
Following exciting and in-depth discussions, as well as the development of forward-looking ideas for more sustainable energy supply systems, we are already looking forward with great anticipation to the next session in the upcoming winter semester.
