The IfT at the LUH Energy Research Day

At the Energy Research Day on May 9th, the IfT participated with several contributions in the field of apparatuses, converters and components and thus provided an insight into selected topics of energy research. The participants of the event could inform themselves at the poster stations of the staff members about

  • the application and measurement of two-phase geothermal probes,
  • the characterization and parameter identification of oxide ceramic high-temperature electrolytic cells,
  • the model predictive control of a SOFC system and
  • the possibility of simultaneous heating and cooling with an ammonia-water compression heat pump with solution circuit

This led to a lively exchange of ideas and knowledge with participants from a wide range of disciplines at the poster presentations.
